Cancellations & Late Appointments Policy
A credit card on file is required to book an appointment. No shows and appointments canceled within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 100% of the missed appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50 % of appointment.
Because timing is so important, you may be asked reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late.

Each stylist is independent, meaning they are self-employed and run their own business separate from the salon. Please visit our Team page to book with the stylist of your choice.

By car: We are conveniently located to multiple parking lots at Lewis Wharf on the waterfront.
By Train: We are within walking distance from the Aquarium, Government Center, and Haymarket T stops.
